We no longer accept payment by credit card or debit card due to the high costs incurred making it uneconomic.

Your Rights

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 state that you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. You do not have to give any reason for wishing to cancel your order. This is termed as "a cooling off period". (Refer to Returns Policy)

Any customer who in our opinion is attempting to trade with us on a sale or return basis will be refused and any account they have may be temporarily or permanently closed.

Returns policy

When returning products, please ensure to include your full details so that we can make a full refund as quickly as possible.

Postage costs for any other returns, other than faulty goods, back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss incurred during transit back to us is the responsibility of the customer and you should therefore ensure adequate insurance cover is in place. This can be arranged through Royal Mail Special delivery or for larger items through Royal Mail compensation fee parcel post.

ALL Returns must be sent "Royal Mail, Special Delivery" or "Recorded Delivery" (this ensures receipt)

REPAIRS & WARRANTY ISSUES

At our discretion we will either carry out any necessary work on our own premises or request that the item or items are returned to the manufacturer or originating supplier for processing.

Faulty or defective products should be returned within 10 days of receipt.

• Proof of purchase is required.
• Warranty does not cover battery life.
• Customers should ensure that any returned product reaches us in perfect condition, with all original packaging.
• Shopping with us does not affect your statutory rights.
• Warranty does not cover misuse including, but not limited to, sudden impacts, water damage or attempting self-repairs.
